¹⁵ Then Moses spoke to Yahweh, saying, ¹⁶ “^(A)May Yahweh, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation, ¹⁷ who ^(B)will go out ^[a]and come in before them, and who will lead them out and ^[b]bring them in, so that the congregation of Yahweh will not be ^(C)like sheep which have no shepherd.”
